Sugar Numbers?

I have always been under the impression that fruit was super great and helped with weight loss. The only problem I have is that if I eat two fruits in a day then my sugar is basically all done and everything after that will be over the amount. Is that a number I really need to be looking at?

Ignore the sugar number. Fruit sugar isn't good for you and makes you lose weight but sugar is sugar as far as calories go. Log your food and stay in budget is all you really need to know.0

I think I will just take that number off and just count the calories, carbs, protein, and fat. Those are the four shown in goals. I hate to not have my fruit. An apple and banana can hold me over for hours on few calories.0
