Whey and protein shakes!

I'm looking for suggestions!!! Most important, which one tastes better... My dr wants me to be drinking at least one a day. Low carb/sugar/fat...

    I drink the gnc lean shakes and put fruit in it. I have been doing this for breakfast and lunch for a week and lost 2 pounds! The total lean 25 makes me stay fuller longer.

    Post workout I have Whey protein. I mix it wither with milk or water depending on my calories for the day. You just need to find a flavor you like. I use Elite rich chocolate.

    I like Optimum Nutrition. For one scoop, it's 120 cal, 3g carb, and 24g protein. It's good mixed with water, milk, almond milk, or stirred into some yogurt!

    For taste go with Optimum's Mocha Cappuccino or BSN's Syntha-6 (any flavor kicks *kitten*)

    I've had good luck with SAN Nutrition MetaForce, Smartpowders.com's store brand (lil high in cholesterol), and SuperPro (I think it's been discontinued, though).
