Today is day one! I was really busy today so staying withing my limits was pretty easy. I tried something similar to My Fitness Pal, but it cost money and it wasn't nearly as helpful. I love the fact that I am told how many calories and carbs and fat and protein I am supposed to. This will be very helpful during my initial weight loss but I feel as though it will also teach me how to maintain my weight once I reach my goal. 168 now...right now I want to get down to 140. Once I get there I may wanna go lower, but I think I have my work cut out for myself.
