Each day is getting harder... looking for friends

I have lost 12lb since I have started. I lost a of weight before, but over time gained it back and then some. I have around 80 lb I want to lose still, but each day is increasingly getting harder to stay on track. It seems the better I do one day the next day I want to cheat the most. I'm hoping this feeling will fade soon. The days I am on campus seems to be the hardest considering there is food and coffee shops all over Atlanta and on Campus!

Seeing other people doing well and staying strong helps me too!

I stayed up all night working on a paper (hating the college life) and have stayed strong so far today. I'm looking for some help to continue the day strong!!

    Think how great it will feel to go to bed tonight feeling proud of how well you did today! Remember we are here to support you and we've all had bad days. Whenever you feel down or like your struggling you can message me and I'll try to distract you and hopefully fight through with you!
