Hi!

So I'm here to try and control my eating habits. I tend to binge and then restrict what I eat. Its a continuous cycle. It takes a toll on me mentally and physically. I would like to try and work on maintaining my weight around 120-125lbs.

I've been on MFP before and found it helpful so I decided to come back. When I was on here before I was anorexic, to the point where I was hardly eating and only certain foods all the time. I was soooo strict with my diet. Then I got so bad that I worried my family and they begged me to eat more. So i did, and that led to binging and gaining about 30 lbs :( Now Im stuck in between both.

If anyone has been through this want s to add me feel free, or if you are like me and want support add me. Im taking this process slow and doing it how i feel is best for me. But advice would be helpful.
