My chewed off fingernails?

My chewed up #2 pencil, you now the little gritty bits that accidentally come off?

The toothpick I chewed on? Do splinters in my tongue count?

    Your fingernail bits are the exact amount of calories it takes to actually chew them off, so you're calorically neutral.

    Your pencil bits depend upon how productive you were that day.

    Toothpicks are negative calories because you're picking food away.
