Eating last calories an hour before bed?

Ok, here is the deal. Normally I have around 1000 calories left at supper time. I then eat about 700 of them or so when I get off work at 10PM. I am in the bed by 12AM. My question is is it bad to eat that many calories within an hour of going to bed or does it really matter since I am not going over my goal?

Eat them! It makes no difference what time you eat - unless of course eating late disturbs your sleep.0

If it doesn't interfere with your sleep, eat whenever you want.0

This. Timing is of no importance.0 -
meal timing is irrelevant. You burn calories 24 hours a day, 7 days per week...sleeping or otherwise.0
