Strange visitors on blogspot

I would like to ask a few things. I have a blogspot and i always have vampirestat, 7secretsearch and adsensewatchdog visiting my blog. Its normal? Are they dangerous? How i can block them?

Ya, i google it. But its normall happen that? i did scam computer and everything its ok.
