Tonight I chose to run 2.5 miles in 35 degree weather at night instead of going out for treats with my family. I am still in shock!

    I used to get up in the morning and workout for 45min and then do another 45 in the eve. Ever since it turned cold and wet I have given up. I admire you for getting out there!!!!

    My husband and I went walking in 28 degree weather...felt like a crazy person, but so proud of us too. :) Good job on the running...it's definitely something to be proud of!
