Workout log app

Hey all,
Simple question - I'm trying to find a log for my iPhone that I can use to track my fitness routine for the gym.

What i'd like to use it for is to make my schedule up so I can input a month at a time into the log so when I get to the gym three days a week I have a record of my routine (workouts, set/reps, and weights). Certainly don't mind paying for it. I'm not thrilled with fitlist because I have to add the sets/reps/weights even when it saves my workout. Ideally, I'd like to be able to tell it "Bench press 65lbs 4x12 until November 23"

Or, for those that track on pen/paper, why old school and do you use an excel template?

Thanks

@RoyalMoose11 - I realize this is a really old post, but I was searching for anything about Fitlist and came across your post. I just started using Fitlist and am able to create saved workouts, including sets/reps, weights, etc...I can then either make changes during the workout or go back and edit the overall saved workout. When I load a saved routine to a day I am even able to see the preset information from my Apple Watch and can make adjustments there if needed. Again, I know this is an old post, but just thought I'd share!
