Getting re-started after surgery

Hi there. I am looking for some ideas for getting back into exercise post-gallbladder surgery. I had my surgery on October 15th and have been given the "green light" by my surgeon. However, my body does not agree with the doc because certain movements (as in stretching with yoga) still cause some discomfort. I'm looking for some suggestions to "ease" me back in without hurting myself. Prior to surgery (except for the two weeks prior), I was doing yoga, walk/run on treadmill, elliptical and weightlifting (4x per week). Not being able to exercise for almost 6 weeks is absolutely "killing" me. I hate being a "sedentary" person.
Please help me get back my sanity!!!!
Thanks.
