cross fit for women over 55?

I started doing cross fit 3 weeks ago (twice a week) and I'm really enjoying it. Do any other women over 55 (like me) do it? Mostly there are younger women in my classes. I do it twice a week, and I do outdoor boot camp twice a week. Both cross fit and booktcamp have weightlifting, push ups, pull ups, running and aerobic high intensity intervals, but cross fit is more intense. I'm curious if any one else does it and likes it. What has its impact been for you? I do aerobic type stuff on my other exercise days (jogging or bicycling).
