48 trying to loss 100 lbs.

I started a new diet with my Doctor to loss some weight, and maybe get off some medication. It took me 18 years to gain the extra weight and it's time for a change. I have been able to see small changes in the last 4 weeks since I started, but have held the same for the last 4 days with out lossing any. I limit myself to 1500 cal. per day and average around 1,000-1,200 and walk every day. Hoping to see some lower numbers soon.:ohwell:

We are almost same age and same weight to lose. 47 and 130 to lose. If you'd like, we can add each other as friends because I am willing to bet $100 that we have the same challenges ahead of us.0

Sounds good to me, but I am new to the MFP and don't now how to add freinds. I have made my diary public and you can see my daily intake. Some of the biggers changes would be no soda, and change my lunches from fast food to smart choise or the lein Q frozen meals. Oh and no icecream with my grandson before bed ha ha.0
