Getting Back on Track

Hi guys,

How do you get back on track after falling off? I've had a few days eating more than usual, and eating more yummy food than I normally do.

Then I want to get back on track after all of this but I feel more hungry in the following days, as if this super yummy food messed with me and is making me crave it, or just even eating higher calorie makes it harder to go back to restricting.

Do you guys feel this way ever? And what do you do to get back on track?
