Sometimes I have to because I sweat so much my floor gets too slippery to keep doing stuff barefoot. Also, if the workout calls for jumping or stepping on resistance bands, I wear them too. (Have you ever snapped the bottom of your foot with one of those? All I gotta say is OW)

I do, my husband does not. I need to, though, because of a leg problem.

I don't, even with the jumping and stuff.

I did gymnastics as a kid and my feet and legs are used to all that jumping and landing with no shoes, so it's never been an issue. I actually roll my ankle more in shoes than barefoot

With the exception of yoga, pilates, and stretching, yes. I wear shoes.

It's not about comfort. It's about support. Except with Yoga.

I always wear shoes unless it's something like yoga or pilates. I have terrible knees and flat feet and I need the support of shoes if I'm going to jumping around and stuff.

I assumed I wouldn't then the first time I did a lunge track in Les Mills Pump I regretted it, so after that I did it with shoes. I think it's good to do some activities bear foot and some in shoes in general it toughens your feet and shins in different ways. (i think that is why there is such a strong movement in running for and against minimalist shoes).

I would wear no shoes every day if I could get away with it
