Hi Guys
When tracking on mfp, on the nutrition chart, do you tend to stick to the 55% carbs, 30% fat, 15% protein as it shows. I have done a diet plan before where it was 40% carbs, 30% for fat and protein.

Everyone does something different. You can custom set your goals to 40/30/30 if you'd like. The 15% protein MFP gives you is more like a suggested nutritional minimum so going over it isn't a big deal.0
