lost alot of weight

hello i have a question.
i have lost alot of weight. i am still quite flabby... i can grab the skin around my thigs, arms and stomach even my butt.
what should i be doing?
should i pick up weights?
i can literally grab my pelvis what is going on? i have little muscle mass.

    yes - lift heavy things, put them down, and repeat.
