So I get my body analysis done every six weeks I started this 12 weeks ago.
I started at 125, six weeks later 119, six weeks later (which was yesterday) 114. They also do a break down of body fat vs. water .
So my boday fat has been going down and my water has stayed about the same. 47.9 to 47.8 to 47.3. I am told that my water level should be between 50 - 60%. I can't figure out why it is not. I eat raw fruits and veggies that have a lot of water, drink smoothies, and drink water all day long. SOOOO if anyone has any thoughts on this I would love to hear them.

Making sure you have enough electrolytes (salts) in your body with increase water absorption. Otherwise you are getting rid of all that water without retaining enough.0

Not sure how that test works. I know just make sure your drinking at least 8-8oz glasses a day ... I aim for almost a gallon a day myself and this is not taking the other source in like veggies and fruits0

Perhaps because of the hot weather right now and/ or increased exercise you are sweating more than usual and dehydrate quicker. Therefore it may take even more water to keep from being dehydated. Your salt intake is another factor, I understand. Other than that I'm at a loss!
How do you get your body analysis, from your doctor or at a weight loss clinic?
You look great, by the way!0 -

The gym I go to Urban Active, does free body analysis every 6 weeks if you want it. It is great and does not take long at all.
And thank you, that picture is from march ( @125) I should take some new pictures. I don't think I look different but I feel amazing.

THIS!
Everybody is so intent on drink drink drink, they forget too much water is as bad as too little.
Too much drinking water can dilute the salt in the body and upset all the electrolytes and if that happens, it can be downright dangerous.
The post I have just quoted has said it all in a nutshell!0 -

At my local wegmans grocery store they sell a brand called VitaCoco, its 100% pure coconut water in a carton, they have larger sizes that youd pour into a glass and smaller sizes that you can just take with you and drink from.0
