feeling down

since Thursday of last week i have felt bad and not been exercising nor following my calorie intake to close but i have still been logging. i cant seem to get enough to eat. today is so far a little better. i just reset my goals and will get back to exercising tomorrow. i hope that the break that i just took will help me get back to losing. since i started at the end of may this year i have lost 34 lbs. in the first three months. i have not lost anything since oct. 10th and figured that i need a break. so wish me luck on trying to restart my weight loss. if you have any ideas please let me know.

    We all need a short break at times. Glad to see you kept logging, that seems to be the hardest thing to restart. Have a good workout tomorrow and sleep well tonight. :happy:

    Why don't you workout tonight instead of tomorrow?

    I always find myself getting into these types of ruts (even after doing this for 15 months). In fact, I am in a eating more than I should kinda rut right now.

    Just pick yourself up and do it. Just go for a walk this evening or do whatever activity you usually do. It will motivate you to do better tomorrow.
