Elliptical 'Brand' Recommendations for the Heavy Set??

Hi there, I'm very interested in an elliptical, but will need to buy a used one. I'm pretty good at searching, but does anyone have a brand they could strongly recommend? :ohwell: I'm clueless :blushing: and want to get the ball rolling :smile: Thanks for any feedback :love:

    I have a Schwinn front-drive elliptical that my brother has used (he weighs over 300 lbs) with no problem. Hope that helps!

    I have a Nordic Track e5 si. It's okay for me, but my husband who is 6'4, 245lbs can not use it, even though it holds 300lbs. I'm not sure what you consider heavy set. My advice would be to check out a few brands at a sporting good store so you can get a feel for what you like. The stride on every elliptical seems to be a bit different so you will definitely need to test before you buy. Good luck!
