Wow, does any one else feel like this is an intro in a group therapy discussion? Hello, my name is Bruce. It's been three weeks since my last fish, on my honor, or may I be chopped up and made into soup.
Ok, silliness aside.
I was using MFP for about a year. I liked that I could enter foods when my phone wasn't on the network and upload later (necessary since I spend a lot of time without service in my job). Then I stopped. Really, I stopped using everything. Life was more than hecktic and I wasn't gaining weight so I felt ok to go it alone. Then my uniforms weren't fitting, then my clothes weren't fitting.
Back to the tracking world.
I switched apps to something that was even simpler than MFP, but they used colors instead of calories and it was just hard to follow. I gained 5 pounds on this goofy thing.
So, here I am back to the familiar, only this time:
I promise to log EVERYTHING from main meals and snacks to those sneaky little "bitesize" pieces of candy whose wrappers seem to accumulate at my desk
I promise to ACTUALLY go to my scheduled workouts
I would like to get involved in the MFP community because a little accoutability and support can go a long way.
Also, I am taking over the stationary bike in the living room, it is now my TV "seat"
