Virtual walk app that lets me upload "virtual" route

I am looking for a virtual walking app for android where I can upload the "virtual" routes that I want to walk into the app and it uses my gps to calculate how many miles along on my "virtual" route I am. I know the app "Virtual Walk" has the Appalachian trail route, which is free, and a few others that are 99cents and I might try those. I tried other apps such as Edomondo and Runtastic but neither have this functionality. I am interested in doing a virtual walk - camino de Santiago, way of St. James which has some special meaning in my life at the moment. I might just have to go back to the stone ages and get my cork board and push pins out.....I have searched the internet, and the only thing I know is that google has some earth maps available. I wanted it a bit more automated. If only I were born smart instead of beautiful ;-) or something....
