My quest to get fit!!

I've recently began my quest to get fit!

On the 5th November, I began with a simple 5 minute work-out (if you can it that lol :noway: ) on my cross-trainer.

Each day since I've added an additional minute. I am currently at 13 minutes.

My aim is too eventually work-out 30 minutes+ per day, ideally in sets of 10 minute intervals.

I hope you could provide some support and opinions on my fitness programme! Feel free to add me, will help out!
