Hello MFP.

I'm addicted to snacks, I used to be a sports person, now it is time to lose weight. My start weight is 290lbs, I got down to 279lbs but I would like to be 220lbs because I'm trying to get more healthy. I have been wearing a Fitbit for about a week and it has help with the motivation but according to MFP friends help too so please feel free to add me so we can motivate each other.
