Eating Plans (diets)

Ok, I don't want to take the easy way out and I'm not one for fads just wondering everyone's thoughts on things such as:

- Coconut Detox 2 day Plan http://www.coconutdetox.com.au/5_2_diet.html
- Body Trim http://www.bodytrim.com.au/

Obviously by doing these then going back to eating what you were eating before you'd just put back on everything you have lost but I was wondering if anyone had done either of these or something similar and what your thoughts were on them.
