Should I up my calorie goal?

Hey there everyone! Im back with another question. Hoping someone can help me understand.
I have been eating at a large deficit (eating 1200cal under doctors orders) for 2-3 months and upped my calories recently to 1400-1500 as I now have less then 50lbs to lose before my goal weight (which is honestly just anywhere in the healthy bmi range at the moment, then I will re access if I want to lose more). At the moment I am eating below my BMR, and as I have been doing so for a couple of months and I wonder where to go from here. Do I jump up to my BMR level (1814cal) and scale down from there now or slowly increase? Im really not overly worries about speed I lose, I just want results to happen and not stop because I am eating to little or something. I also dont want to just regain the weight when i hit maintence, or be stuck eating 1200 to maintain it. Im so confused... help?
Oh and BMR calculation was done on iifym.
