1/2 marathon in June 2014

Options
Currently running 4mi twice weekly. Goal: 1/2 marathon in June 2014. Seeking advice for a combination of outdoor running (weather permitting) and indoor treadmill / elliptical programs to reach goal.

Intrigued with Hal Higdon training programs: flexible with my
unpredictable work schedule, yet structured enough to follow.
C25K seems too slow of a start for me.
