Kind of Fitness Related - Chuck Taylors Adults vs Kids

i know some brands of sneakers (like runners) have totally different materials and construction for childrens shoes than they do for adults.
I can wear either kids or womens sizes so I was wondering if anyone new if the kids chuck taylors are made exactly the same as the adults one? - as in same quality.
Will be getting some to lift in :glasses:
