Food/Meals before & after exercise ???

Hi all

I exercise in the evenings between 5.30pm and 7.30pm a few nights a week.
The exercise I do most weeks
Tue box fit
Wed ultimate abbs
Thur gym
Sat HIT

What foods/meals do you eat before and after exercise ???
