I am so sorry if previous posts on this have been posted, but I am fairly new to the site. Please can anyone let me know their thoughts on carbohydrates - should one follow a low carb diet to lose weight? Are carbs acceptable as a main meal at supper time? I play squash until quite late in the evening, and can sometimes only eat my supper at about 8/9pm.
