I am a mommy of 4 and have had success before with weight loss (over 100 lbs) but have gotten side-tracked here lately with the hussel and bussel of mommy-hood!!!!!! If anyone has good tip or recipes I am open for any of it!!!!! Just am deciding to make a stand to take this lifestyle change one day @ a time!!!!!

    One day at a time is Definitely the way to handle this Journey. Journaling your Food is SOO important, and the Tracker here makes it easy to manage your calories. The Fitness Trackers are also an invaluable tool.
