Late Ingestion

Is there a particular point in the evening after which one shouldn't ingest anything, including water? I just started this journey (trying to lose 35 lbs) around two weeks ago and am still trying to learn about fluctuating weight.

    Contrary to popular beleif, when you eat has no bearing on weight loss. Its calories in/calories out. As long as you are within your set calories it doesn't matter. Now if eating late causes sleep issues, or digestive woes then avoid it. And as far as water, have a glass right before bed if you like.......but be prepared for a night waking for a trip to the john.:wink:
