    I second the egg foo young idea, but I'm not actually sure that it is authentic chinese and not americanized chinese. IMHO, you can't go wrong with egg foo young though!! Great tradition!!!

    pioneer woman makes a great beef with snow peas, I don't know how authentic it is but it is good!

    I make Sesame Chicken in the crockpot from time to time. Got the recipe from here in the forums and it is really good.

    Do you still have your recipe? I love sesame chicken but its so high in calories from the local Chinese place.
