If I interpret your profile correctly, you are trying to transition from a man to a woman, correct? And that is the reason you want to atrophy your muscle mass?
If so, then eat a fairly low amount of protein and do ultra high rep range weights (2lb dumbbells), endurance cardio, and eat a deficit.0 -
