Well, I'm 210 lbs., this is the heaviest I've been in my entire life...I weighed about 160lbs about 10yrs ago, but then went to college and yo-yo effect was my routine but never went higher than 190lbs., then I messed up my knee, had surgery, was restricted to do certain activities and well didn't take care of what I was eating and up, up, up I go to 210lbs. But I've had it and now I'm determined to lose this extra weight and start a new beginning by caring and loving myself more
...Good luck to all of us!!!!

You took a step in the right direction. I too have fallen off the wagon many times but it is never to late to start again. By keeping track and staying focused you will succeed. :flowerforyou:0
