Need Game Ideas for Track

I need some fun ideas for my track/field kids for fun fridays. Has to incorporate speed work, plyometics, or strengthening and be minimum or no contact. We've done freeze tag and capture the flag, but I'm up for suggestions.

    how about a good old fashioned "follow the leader" -- have them run around the track/field, and the leader can go zig-zaggy or run while holding his/her arms up, or skip, or jump, etc. Rotate leaders every 20-30 seconds, the person in front goes to the back.

    Hmm, kind of like an Indian run. Like it. Good for sprint speed and also fun!
