I don't see an Olsen Twin or both Olsen Twins on this list? That is our current unit of measurement. ;-) I'm somewhere around a gold brick, as I didn't "officially" weigh in at my heaviest, so I'm going with the last known unit. So, a gold brick (or an Olsen twin)...give or take! :)

So far, since my highest weight, only an ostrich egg. Ideally, I'll lose an automobile tire (literally a spare tire...).

    I got rid of a mid-sized microwave.
I say "rid of" instead of loss, as I have no intention to find it again

    Oh the irony!
I had lost 'an average newborn' before getting pregnant and started gaining weight again :p
My goal is to not gain more than 'the average 2yr old'

I've lost a sperm whale's brain plus an average human brain. That's a lot of brains to lose.

Still have to lose the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year.
  • I found keeping track of everything I eat and exercise works best for me. Tracking calories, carbohydrates, fat, cholesterol, sodium and fiber. Good books to help you do this are available everywhere. It's hard at first, but quickly becomes second nature. A frightening statistic I've found to do this is the amount of sodium in everything. Unbelievable. I'm eating 2000 calories / day, every other day at the gym for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, not the days gym on the treadmill and Pilates at home. I lost 10 pounds. this month in a scheme I think I could live the rest of my life.
