Turkish Get Up

Any suggestions on how I can journal my exercise today? I may not have to, but its important to me to put something down every day under my exercise stuff. It keeps me accountable and responsible. I took a 30 minute class at the gym today where we did like 50 jumping jacks, 30 tabletops (okay I can journal them) but for 20 minutes of the class we were taught Turkish Get Up and had to have do like 30 or so of them. How do I journal that? Did I burn calories in that? was that under cardio or strenght? HELP, totally clueless.
