Any other crossfitters here?

How do you log your excersize? I've tried logging it as a combination of strength training and calisthenics or circuit training, but I don't think I am getting an accurate calorie count.

    I used to use a HRM but I really don't track my calories anymore. If you really want to get an accurate reading get a heart rate monitor.
