    On the treadmill one night during NHL playoffs I got pretty engrossed on the TV in front of me with the game and walked right off the treadmill. I was lucky enough that I didn't fall, but it's a good lesson in being mindful of your exercise. Fortunately, I was only WALKING at the time.

    @Dinos. Good story but I don't get the connection to exercise.:-)

    Tipusnr you're right. I should have placed the character in a gym, working out on the elliptical, or the rollers :laugh:
