IDK how healthy this is, but I've been on a Lox Fritata kick lately. It's 2 scrambled eggs with about 1/2 a sauteed onion, 2 oz of cream cheese (cut in cubes and added at the end) and about 2 oz of smoked salmon. The salmon takes on the texture of a turkey bacon and the saltiness of "real" bacon. Yummy!

I've cut out all the cereals, etc.

    Thanks!!

Also, to all those suggesting oatmeal. OATMEAL IS A HOT CEREAL.

I like Jimmy Dean Delites sandwiches with a piece of fruit. Or pumpkin oatmeal with a splash of almond milk. Or Earnest Eats Mayan blend hot cereal. Or a mushroom spinach scramble with a little cheese. Or once in a while....a pumpkin spice latte.

I do the yogurt with real fresh fruit, nuts and/or granola most often, because I really like it.

If I'm cooking, though: shrimp and grits with a ton of seasoning. Cheese on it if I can keep any in the house and not eat it all!
