eating healthy during business trips - without going broke

Options
Hey Guys -

Over the next month I'll be away from home for 2.5 weeks for business. For at least 1 of those weeks I'll have a microwave and fridge, but that's it.

Do you have any tips on healthy, reasonably priced, VEGETARIAN meals that'll keep me on track while I'm gone?

I'm just starting to make progress again and really don't want to lose that edge

Panera Bread usually has some great salads that would work. Even a few cheesy sandwiches if you eat half per meal (depending on your calorie needs, of course).

Italian or Greek diners usually have great choices that are vegetarian. I choose the appetizers and salads mainly to fit in low-cal, but they'll have main dishes that you can eat a small portion of or whatever :)

good ideas. I'm going to go grocery shopping and try to make lunches, etc but kinda want something more exciting than soup or PBJs all week :-P i'm just starting to get creative with the vegetarianism when home, but that usually involves some cooking outside of a microwave :-P
