Need Advice about weight gain

Hi, there
My Name is Sameer I'm From India , I'm 5"10 tall and weight around 62 kg ...want to gain muscles and weight ...Right now im taking weight gainer powder 605 cal per serving ... also i do daily workout around 30min in gym ...

any advice ?

  • 1st how many cals are you eating? also whats your maintenance or TDEE? Whats your lifting routine

    The best advice i could ever give any1 that wants to build muscle is leave your ego at the door, dont get caught up in oh i can lift this much just focus on your muscles... lift with good form and focus on mind muscle connection and time under tention even if it means using baby weights.

    I'd advise not spending money on weight gainers - eat all the food, you guys have gorgeous food. Make sure you get plenty of protein and fat and use a progressive lifting programme :)

    i lift normal weight ...then add some more 3 sets of each ... one day chest, second day back, then biceps, triceps, shoulders
    my TDEE is 2586 i eat a lots of food all time milk , rice, bread , chicken , fruits like apple ,banana

    thanks im taking gainer bcoz sometime i miss my meal ... is there any kind of side effect of it ?
