stir fry rice noodles (chow mein)
i love chinese style chow mein, the one they use rice noodles (not egg noodles). i tried to make it at home, my rice noodles already stick together, like a pancake! i tried soaking it in water first, as well as boiling it in hot water first (like you do for pasta). but it didn't work out. i googled it and it just says soak in water and add oil. didn't work. any tips for me? thanks.
