    Hello! Just going to put my two cents in.

    I tried t Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and did not like it at all.

    I tried P90X and did not like it at all. I was bored before you even get to the workout, and the workouts were not for me. I had previously done Chalean Extreme, and that program has slow and controlled movements, whereas this one does not. I much prefer slow and controlled. The cardio workouts are a joke. If you get the program I suggest doing a different cardio on your cardio days.

    I love Chalean Extreme, Turbo Jam, and Turbo Fire. I will do Turbo Jam, Rocking Body, or Hip Hop Abs on a light cardio day.

    I really liked Insanity, but it killed my knees, and I had to stop.

    I am curious about Focus T25. I may try it.

    LesMills Combat is also fun. I love the trainers, and the music is great, too.

    Does it have to be BB? Also look at Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Cheaper still is Jillian Michaels' 30 day slim down

    It's a rotation suposedly created by Jillian ( although I cant find the original source). It consists of the 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat/Boost Metabolism.

    N.B. 'Quick Trouble Zones' is the standing part of 'No More Trouble Zones'.

    Here is what the program looks like

    DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
    DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
