Hello from South Florida

I am 250lbs wanting to get to 180lbs. I have been eating 1800 calories a day for the last few days, not sure if that's healthy or not!

    Hello from Central FL! I suggest you check your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). That is a good place to start, and will give you an idea where to set your goals here.
