Endurance training and eating

Hey team,
So I've moved on from insanity, T25, and some cardio-based programs and I'm focusing more on my endurance baed workouts (my half marathon training and longer pool/swimming workouts) and my new free weights routine. I'm close to my weight goal I set 6 months ago and I'm in the range now where I just have some belly fat I'm looking to get rid of but I'm thinking my three major workouts will do the trick.
I'm trying to adjust my goals in MFP to meet my new goals: proper nutrition to support longer runs (usually between 4.5-10 miles), intense swimming workouts, and free weights. I also am hoping to add some strength and definition from my strength training.
I'm not trying to add weight or lose weight. I'm trying to maintain but get stronger and, hey, who wouldn't want to hve nice looking arms or abs! What should I be telling MFP?

That you want to maintain ... Make sure your exercise burns are accurate and eat them back ... What you are trying to do is called body recompositioning ...0

For this type of program would the carbs/fat/protein levels change much? There seems to be a lot of conflicting (and confusing) results through some quick googling.0
