I've been noticing that my fat is virtually nothing is that bad? And still have a hard time gettting up to my calories. I'm so full by the end of the day I can't eat more. I'm stuffing myself with lots of healthy food, lots of water vegtables and fruit as well and still low on fat and calories?

Eat more healthy fats (in moderation of course), such as avocados, dark chocolate, nuts and seeds, olives, and olive oil...you will increase both your fat and calories.0

I wouldn't say it is necessarily bad for your weight loss (although good fats and proper cals do help your metabolism) but in order to be healthy your body needs SOME fat. BUt like mentioned, "good" fats like nuts and avocados.0
