Weight Training Program for an injured wrist

Hey all,
I have to wear a brace on my left hand until Feb due to a nasty bike fall, and I am not suppose to use it to lift much of anything. I was wondering if anyone knows of a weight training regimen that I could still do so that as I am losing weight I am not losing muscle. I also don't want to just do lower body I would like to still be able to do upper body exercises. So far I can do pushups and pullups because they don't directly use my wrist (it's mostly rotating it put weight on the hand).
Any ideas?
Thanks!
