squat my own weight!!

Hi everybody I just wanting to post to let everybody know that today i have achieve my first goal since i started heavy lifting two month ago. I HAVE SQUAT THE EQUIVALENT TO MY OWN WEIGHT!62KG! I am solo happy, i started squating 40kg and in two months it has been a massive improvement. My upper body is very weak but this week I have started to do my OHL and bench with the olympic bar which was impossible before. Hard work really pays off! :)

    next is deadliest 1x I'm struggling a lot with it, but i have had back problems all my life so don't want to force it, at the moment 42kg…20 more to go!

    I certainly wish I could've got bodyweight squat after 2 months - legs aren't my strong point, but always working on it :)

    Hey, way to go! Keep it up! Just learn good form, and you'll get there in no time. It's amazing how many back problems diminish once your core strength is improved.
